Senshi OC Concept

EDIT: I just made a wiki post that expands on this, gives a bit more infor on her personality and changes a few things. You can find it here.

 

So I saw the #senshiconcepts thing when I first joined, and actually did this all straight away, but refrained from posting it because I thought I might do a proper colour version when I get home, buuut I'm too lazy haha so here it is.

Personality:

Her Senshi self tends to be cool, calm, and collected, as well as straightforward, while her human self is more easygoing, yet somewhat fickle. She likes small cute things.

Hobbies:

She enjoys ready epic fantasy novels, D&D, playing the piano, and watching sport.

​

Extra:

She has a rare male tortoiseshell cat named Felix (it's Latin for luck ). Is he a magical moon cat? Who knows. (Probably.)

 

Senshi Colours:

Brown & gold.

 

Weapons:

A unique Chakram styled as a six-spoked wheel. When not it use it becomes an bracelet on her wrist, then enlarges and fills in when summoned.

Attacks/Abilities:

 

Luck's Gambit (attack names are hard ) - a generic beam of light like something out of DBZ, she makes a ball of it in her hand before firing.

 

Wheel of Fortune (Defence) - when attacked, her chakram floats in the air in front of her and spins, depending on which section ends up at the top, something different will happen. 1 does nothing, 2 absorbs the energy for a power up, 3 blocks the attack, 4 blocks half of the attack, 5 reflects the attack, and 6 also just blocks. This is something she must activate, it isn't automatic, she usually only uses it for major attacks, and will prepare to dodge while it is spinning, in case it lands on 1 or 4 (as it spins it biys her some time).

Wheel of Fortune (Attack) - she throws her chakram and when it hits the enemy (or what she is aiming at), it not only does physical damage, but will shift 50/50 things in her favour. Eg: if the enemy had been standing on some rubble that may or may not collapse, this will guarentee that it does. This effect only comes into play when the chakram touches something (so can still work if it doesn't actually hit the enemy), and usually lasts for 30 seconds, but can go longer if it had previously absorbed energy from WoF(D).

She is named for the main belt asteroid Fortuna 19, and the Roman Goddess Fortuna, hence all the luck based abilities, and somewhat fickle attitude.

 

EDIT: I forgot to mention, her name 'Koun' means 'good luck', and then 'Kisetsu' is the four seasons, with the puntastic 'no' of the other Sailors
