While it might seem like her stamina and physcial strength should be a lot lower, she does play rugby, which helps. Though while it makes a difference for her human physical strength, in Senshi form she doesn't get as much of a boost as some other Senshi so it goes back down a bit.
Her Agility and Reflexes are honed around dodging.

Her inherent strength requires her body to be durable in order to survive it - in that way her defence is high, as she will survive most attacks.
Her strength also allows her to propell herself forward at high speeds, but this does not allow for agility.

Her only power is super strength, otherwise she has no magical attacks, only physical.
Her natural stamina was not that great, as full strength takes a lot, but she works out and so has improved it a lot.
